Video Player (VP) is an embeddable standalone video player that streams a video asset stored in Collection Pro and supports all stream qualities and subtitles stored for the source video asset.
It can also be used to embed such a video in an external CMS.
Instances
VP supports multiple instances, where each instance has its own set of supported tables and renditions.
Instance configuration
Each instance contains a list of table with streamable video assets.

| Enabled | When disabled, the webapp will not stream any asset from that table. |
| Asset Field | File field in the table that contains the video assets to stream. |
| Renditions | Select the quality levels the webapp will stream for the selected field and table. |
Subtitles
VP also supports subtitles for streamed video assets. The subtitles must be of type text/vtt and stored as file variants with the original video asset and have a filename which is suffixed by the contained locale tag:
